WADIS is a private company based in Israel that was born out of the need to significantly reduce water consumption and maintain good environmental conditions in all types of processes, in order to contribute to solving the water and environmental crisis that affects millions of people worldwide.
To achieve this goal, the WADIS team works on developing innovative and disruptive technologies that are chemical free, environmentally friendly, low-cost, and easy to operate, in order to offer innovative equipment for all types of water treatment, wastewater treatment, and disinfection systems that reduce treatment costs and water consumption in all types of processes and obtain excellent results in water treatment worldwide.
Thanks to these advances in technologies for all types of water treatment systems, it is possible to reduce the cost of water treatment and increase the viability of water recycling, which leads WADIS to fulfill its mission of advancing in the field of water treatment for the benefit of the world population and the planet's environment.

Mr. Alan Silberman
CEO
Alan is a Civil Industrial Engineer graduated from the Universidad de Chile in Santiago. He also has an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion, Institute of Technology, Haifa, Israel.
Alan has more than 45 years of business experience, standing out in various industries such as textiles, agriculture, real estate and retail, where he gained valuable experience in different types of businesses before moving to Israel.
Alan is an expert in implementing measures and strategies that improve the performance and productivity of resources to optimize all kinds of processes.
Mr. Amit Izhar
R&D Manager
Amit has a B.Sc. in Advanced Engineering and Mechatronics from the Technion Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel , and is highly qualified in various disciplines. He has more over 25 years of experience in the design and construction of electromechanical systems, medical devices and in process automation, and is an expert in the field of electrical pulses and magnetic high voltage.

Amit is also the author or co-author of several published articles on the magnetic pulse phenomenon and its practical applications.
Mr. Dimitry Generalov Electrical Area Manager
Dimitry is a Young Electrical Engineer, started with the Company and has been responsible for all the Electrical developments required for our Technologies.

He has obtained his Electrical degree in Israel and has led a very good team of Electrical Technicians.
